What documents will I require for my Tenancy Application?

We suggest you take the following documents with you on your home search to ensure that you are ready to submit an application when you find a suitable property:

• Employment details
• Referee Details
• Photocopies of your proof of Identify i.e. driver licence, passport, utility bills, credit card.

Please note: In a tight rental market it is also advisable to have a cash deposit of one weeks rent to submit with your application.
