Home Sale Support

We can assist transferees with the sale of their current home.  Expat will take care of all services from arranging professional cleaning prior to inspections; if the property is vacant we will arrange rental furniture for the term of the sales campaign, liaise with the agent throughout and answer any questions that arise. Expat will also provide continual updates to the transferee of the process and any interested parties.

Home Buyer Advocacy

For any transferees looking to purchase a home in their new location we can arrange a Buyers Advocate to assist you.  The Buyers Advocate will advise the transferee of current market trends, recent sales results of comparable properties in the relevant area, identify homes which meet the transferees criteria, act on behalf of the transferee for a Private Sale or at Auction and negotiate the final purchase price.
