Settling In Services

Expat's consultants use their knowledge and expertise in providing support and hands-on help to facilitate the relocating family's transition into their new location and to ease the process of settling in.  Settling-in programs assist the relocating family to become familiar with daily issues in their new location.

This service is usually provided in conjunction with a Homesearch Service and ensures the selected rental property is ready for occupancy: - Please note that many settling in services i.e. utility connections, introductions to network groups, local information, advice with opening bank accounts etc are included in our home search programs.

• Conduct comprehensive Condition Report and Inventory Inspection
  
• Check function of Utility Connections
  
• Provide Essential Pantry Supplies if required (grocery items are an additional charge)
  
• Arrange house keys delivery/collection
  
• Supervise and receipt Rental Furniture delivery
  
• Provision of Local Council New Residents Pack

Rental Furniture

Expat International can arrange rental furniture to suit your requirements.  Whether it be short term rental until your furniture arrives via sea freight or long term rental for your new unfurnished home.  Expat will assist you to select the furniture based on your budget and taste.  We will arrange delivery of your furniture and if required will supervise the process on delivery day.
