Arrival Services

Travel Arrangements

Based on company policy, Expat International can organise your flights to your new destination.  Once confirmed we will advise all parties and distribute the necessary documentation.

Airport Pickup

Expat International can arrange Chauffer Services to collect you from the Airport and deliver you to your hotel room.  Once the arrangements have been made we will confirm these with all parties.

Temporary Accommodation

Expat can arrange temporary accommodation in your new destination in accordance with company requirements and at a corporate rate. 

• Based on the transferees work location, budget and family requirements we will source suitable Temporary Accommodation options and present them to the transferee
  
• At the transferees direction we will then book and confirm the reservation and advise all parties
  
• If required, we will arrange for grocery items to be delivered and stored in the serviced apartment for arrival

Removals Management

Through liaison with client company/transferee and appropriate removal companies, Expat provides a full removals management service.

• We initiate and evaluate quotations; present to client in comparative form; assist with selection of removal company
  
• We liaise with all parties to authorise contract, arrange billing procedures & insurance, schedule services
  
• We co-ordinate packing, loading of household effects and inventory formalities
  
• We ensure shipping and insurance documentation is in order for receipt of consignment
  
• We liaise with receiving agents and Customs clearance monitoring as appropriate
  
• We schedule and co-ordinate goods delivery
