Flights/Travel Arrangements

In accordance with company policy, Expat International can organise flights at cost effective prices to your new destination. Once confirmed we advise all parties and distribute the necessary documentation.

Airport Transfers

Expat arranges Chauffer Services to transfer you from the Airport to your hotel room.

Temporary Accommodation

Expat can arrange temporary accommodation in your new destination in accordance with company policy and at excellent  corporate rates.

• Based on the transferee's work location, budget and family requirements we source suitable Temporary Accommodation options for discussion with the transferee
• At the transferee's and / or company's direction we then book and confirm the reservation and advise all parties
• If required, we will arrange for grocery items to be delivered and stored in the serviced apartment for arrival

Removals Management

Through liaison with our client company, transferee and appropriate removal companies, Expat provides a full removals management service as follows.

• Initiate and evaluate quotations; present to client in comparative form; assist with selection of removal company
• Liaise with all parties to authorise contract, arrange billing procedures & insurance, schedule services
• Co-ordinate packing, loading of household effects and inventory formalities
• Ensure shipping and insurance documentation is in order for receipt of consignment
• Liaise with receiving agents and Customs clearance monitoring as appropriate
• Schedule and co-ordinate goods delivery
